Medisculpt is one of the first clinics in Australia to offer Needle-Free PRP using Fraxel Co2 Laser. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), also referred to as the "Vampire Facial" has gained popularity in recent years as a natural skin rejuvenation treatment. However, there is one major drawback; it is quite painful and, as the name suggests, a bloody procedure!

PRP has long been used as a tissue healing agent in arthritic joints and scalp hair loss for many decades.PRP has also been used as a healing agent to speed up the recovery process after many surgical procedures such as Hair Transplant Surgery, Highdef Vaser Liposuction, Blepharoplasty, Fat grafting and facelift surgery to name a few.

In 2009, Dr Jadoon started experimenting with PRP as a healing and skin rejuvenating agent after Fraxel Skin Resurfacing and medical grade skin needling in clinical practice. 

The idea was simple; why not use the existing small entry holes created by Fraxel laser or the skin needling device, to infuse the PRP solution into the skin instead of injecting it using painful injections. Some of the pioneering work to perform this treatment combination in Australia was done by Dr Neal Hamilton in Sydney (One of Dr Jadoon's mentors). 

Dr Jadoon presented this treatment combination as a case study in 2013 Melbourne, Victoria A5M Anti-Ageing Conference as a Guest Speaker.

The combined effects of Fraxel Laser and PRP in one treatment session, deliver far superior skin rejuvenation results which are way more comfortable and bloodless.
